Cookies

This website sets no cookies for visitors and uses no third-party trackers. Fonts are served from our own server: no data are sent to third parties when a page loads. Only our staff, when they log in to the reserved area, receive a technical cookie that excludes their own visits from the statistics.

Visit statistics

To understand which content is useful we collect anonymous, aggregate statistics, without cookies: the page viewed, the referring website, any campaign label contained in the link (for example in a QR code), the site language, the device type (from the screen width) and the country, estimated from the IP address at the moment of the visit. The IP address is not stored. To count visitors, each visit receives a code computed from the IP address and the browser with a key that changes every day and is deleted the following day, so visits cannot be linked across days or traced back to a person. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, nothing is recorded. Statistics are kept for up to 13 months. Country data: IP Geolocation by DB-IP (db-ip.com).

Contact form: data and purpose

When you write to us through the contact form we process your first name, last name, email address and message, together with the date and time of sending. We also note through which channel you reached the site (for example LinkedIn or a link we published), without any other data about your browsing. We use these data only to reply to you and to follow up on your request. We do not use them for newsletters or marketing and we do not sell or share them.

Legal basis

Processing is necessary to take steps at your request before a possible contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and for our legitimate interest in answering the messages we receive and in understanding, through anonymous statistics, how the website is used (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Providing the data is optional, but without them we cannot reply.

Where the data go and who processes them

The message is sent by email to our company mailbox (Microsoft 365) and a copy is stored on our website hosting server (Aruba, Italy), accessible only to authorised staff; visit statistics are stored on the same server. Aruba and Microsoft act as data processors under their data processing terms.

Retention

We keep messages for up to 24 months from the last contact, unless a business relationship follows, in which case the correspondence is kept for the period required by law. Copies stored on the website server are deleted periodically.

Your rights

You can ask for access, rectification or erasure of your data, restriction of processing, data portability, and object to processing by writing to info@textechsrl.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (www.garanteprivacy.it).
